While absorbing the material in this lesson, we recommend that you take notes. Use whatever tools you most prefer for those kinds of tasks: pen and several sheets of blank paper, or a word processing app, or a phone you can dictate to… whatever gives you the smoothest experience.
Exercises
The exercises in this lesson require a combination of mental and physical work. You’ll want to be able to take notes, but also have some dance space available so you can explore different movement options in order to create material.
