Fast Lindy
Power, Rhythm, Fun
Day & Time: Wednesday, 20:15 – 21:15
Dates: 07.09.2022 – 14.09.2022
Fast dancing is so fun, and such an important part of Lindy Hop! But it can also be really challenging.
In this course you'll learn techniques for high-energy, fast dancing. You'll learn energy-saving tricks and work on fast dynamic movements. You'll also learn to transition to relaxing movements that you can use to catch your breath, so that you can fill a whole song without running out of ideas and energy.
This course is intended for dancers with plenty of experience dancing Lindy Hop - for instance, those who join the "Lindy Lab" courses. If you're not sure whether the course is right for you, please ask 🙂
